I LOVED the triology, although i must admit that in these episodes LF looks like a clone of Horatio in miami and in new york he dresses like Mac, not too happy about that fact because H is Lieutanant and a CSI Day Shift Supervisor (so he supoosed to wear a suit in my oppinion ) Mac is a detective and a head investigator ( a bit less then H but about the same hight of ranks, he shouldn´t have to wear a suit) and then there is a Ray Langston who is a CSI level 2 (just that means he doesn´t need any type of suit) however in this crossover he dresses like the big shots (the level 3 csi and the head investigator) this i didn´t like the suit is like H´s signature clothing, however i enjoyed all 3 episodes and i am wondering if anyone knows if or when they will release it on DVD or Blu-Ray

Would probably be amongst my favourite, and the name I recognise the most.
we have a list of writers here
http://csi.wetpaint.com/page/The+CSI+Writers" yep those are all the original and greats! most do not write for CSI anymore. I think therein lies the problem with the current shows. Dustin is still ther as is Carol M and N Shankar, but for the rest I believe they have moved on.

Well, I was a little disappointed that Langston didn't come in until almost half-way through the episode, but it was pretty good.

I love the fact that they are tying a 3 shows together!!! I can't wait except I will miss Thursdays episode because of work
which sucks because I love CSI (LV) the best all because of George Eads( Nick Stokes)

If you don't have the equipment to TiVo or DVR it....you can catch it online the next day. CBS.com, tv.msn.com, and TV.com are just a few legal sites where you can find and view it online, mostly commercial free! :) It's typically 44 minutes rather than 60 with commercials. :)
