"Hi fans, here's another article where it confirms that he is in fact set to return, Down the line, for real not Skype. I think that we will here about this epsiode when the time comes..

I'm thinking that if he show up again it will be because something happens to Catherine at the end of the season. Something that will cause Catherine to leave CSI since Marg is supposed to leave the show at the end of this season. I'm still hoping she changes her mind.
