I liked this episode, even though Sara was in it, it was a Catherine/Ray epi with a good dose of Greg. Catherine had the unenviable task of interviewing male collegues about their sexual relationship with an ex female collegue; include Catherine new guy Varrtan. Talk about situation you don't want to be in. Did love her interview of Ecklie though; that also why I missed Sara...she would have relished Ecklie extreme discomfort. Doc Ray seemed to be getting angrier and angrier as the show went on; the way he was shouting at the two group of inmates seem too out of character for him. Maybe we're witnessing the start of angry aggressive Ray; unfortunately Nate Haskell would have been so proud of him. Greggo was really on the ball last night proving, even though he doesn't have to, that he's more than the ex-lab rat with the funny hair. The only quibble I had about the show was that they telegraphed us the end by telling us up front that the body of the wife was never found. Still another twist from the writers that I sure didn't expect. Riveting from the beginning to the end. This Anne-Marie had witch-craft in her genes. I can't imagine sleeping with that many men, all cops or dets. I liked Cath in this one, she was great. And on Ray getting or going ballistic, they've all gotten mad at one time or another. Just recently in "Shock Waves" Sara sucker punched a gal. We're just so used to his gentle demeanor, that is seemed off the wall. He did run amok in "Mascara" and "Irradiator" he gets angry when it involves the law. Or a perp that does something wrong. He's acting range is incredible no doubt. Greg, Nick, Brass and even Vartann and of course Ecklie all great. Good episode for sure!!!

I thought this episode was really good! It was one of the old-fashioned episodes and it reminded me of the episodes from the earlier seasons. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of Sara, but she's been getting a ton of air-time lately, and I'm happy that Catherine got a big episode this time around.
